Capability 03
Systems Integration & Data
We make products, platforms and business systems work as one: the architecture, the interfaces and the data flows between the systems a business already runs and the ones it is adding.
When this work is needed
The situations that bring a business to this capability.
- Product data, production data, customer data and service data live in separate systems and are reconciled by hand.
- A new platform or connected product has to exchange data with the ERP, the CRM and the production systems without breaking any of them.
- Telemetry arrives from the field but never reaches the people and systems that could use it.
- A legacy system holds the records the business depends on, and it has to keep working while new systems are built around it.
What we engineer
- 01Systems architecture
- A written map of the systems, their responsibilities and the data that moves between them, with the ownership of each record made explicit before any interface is built.
- 02Integration interfaces
- APIs, events and file exchanges between platforms, ERP, CRM, production and service systems, each with a defined contract, error handling and reconciliation.
- 03Telemetry and data pipelines
- Pipelines that take device and machine data from ingest to storage to the operational views and business systems that need it, with the transformations recorded.
- 04Data platforms and analytics
- Operational data models, reporting and analytics built on the integrated data, so that the numbers the business runs on come from one reconciled source.
Technical scope
The scope of a project is agreed in writing before work starts. These are the areas this capability normally covers.
- Systems and integration architecture
- API design and integration
- ERP, CRM and production-system integration
- Device-to-cloud and telemetry pipelines
- Identity and access across systems
- Legacy-system integration and migration
- Data platforms, operational data and analytics
- Third-party platform integration
Constraints we design for
- Systems in service
- The ERP and the production line do not stop for an integration project. Interfaces are introduced alongside what exists and switched over deliberately.
- Ownership of records
- Every field has one system of record. Integrations copy, they do not compete, and conflicts are surfaced rather than silently resolved.
- Vendor boundaries
- Third-party platforms change on their own schedule. Contracts are versioned and monitored so a vendor change is detected, not discovered.
Where it applies
Sectors whose systems this capability is engineered for.
- Advanced Manufacturing
The digital lifecycle of a manufactured product: configuration, production data, connected equipment and the systems that serve it after sale.
- Industrial IoT
Sensors, gateways, edge systems and telemetry feeding operational platforms and the business systems around them.
- Financial Services & Fintech
High-integrity specialist platforms, data flows and operational systems in environments where records have to be exact.
- Aerospace & Aviation
Systems where reliability, integration, operating constraints and distributed data all matter at once.

Discuss a project
If a product, operation or business system spans devices, software, data and real-world constraints, we can help define and engineer the system around it.
